Cos'è l'ecosostenibilità? In sintesi è l'impegno a lasciare alle generazioni future le stesse risorse di cui si è goduto. Preservare il pianeta è cercare di lasciare in eredità alle bambine e ai bambini di oggi, a tutte le ragazze e i ragazzi un mondo che sia perlomeno simile a quello di cui hanno goduto le generazioni precedenti.
Ormai tutti i dati a nostra disposizione, ma anche la semplice lettura della realtà immediata che ci circonda, mostrano come ciò purtroppo non sarà possibile. Le "vecchie" generazioni hanno ormai devastato il pianeta e resta solo la possibilità di limitare i danni. Dunque, facciamolo!
Iniziando a scegliere, proprio pe il bene delle nuove generazioni, in modo ecosostenibile: meno auto, meno carne, più attenzione alle scelte che vengono fatte dall'alto, capacità di riconoscere il greenwashing e distinguerlo dalla vera attenzione al pianeta (che è fatta di diversi livelli, tutti intersecati tra loro) e poi certamente le scelte quotidiane.
Greencat è nata proprio in quest'ottica: ti sosteniamo nel compiere un gesto ecologico, davvero green, quotidiano. E ci impegniamo a essere sempre più sostenibili e a non cadere nel greenwashing ormai così diffuso. Per questo la nostra lettiera non solo è naturale ma utilizza soltanto ciò che andrebbe altrimenti gettato ovvero le parti non edibili di un cereale, l'orzo. Per questo, cerchiamo in ogni modo di limitare al minimo le emissioni di CO2. Possiamo fare di più? Certamente, e ci prendiamo questo impegno.

What is eco-sustainability? In summary, it is the commitment to leave to future generations the same resources they have enjoyed. Preserving the planet is trying to leave a legacy to today's boys and girls, to all boys and girls, a world that is at least similar to the one enjoyed by previous generations. By now all the data available to us, but also the simple reading of the immediate reality that surrounds us, show that unfortunately this will not be possible.
The "old" generations have now devastated the planet and there is only the possibility of limiting the damage. So let's do it! Starting to choose, precisely for the good of the new generations, in an eco-sustainable way: fewer cars, less meat, more attention to the choices that are made from above, the ability to recognize greenwashing and distinguish it from true attention to the planet (which is made up of different levels, all intersecting with each other) and then certainly the daily choices.
Greencat was born with this in mind: we support you in making an ecological, truly green, daily gesture. And we are committed to being increasingly sustainable and not to fall into the now so widespread greenwashing. This is why our litter is not only natural but uses only what would otherwise be thrown away, i.e. the inedible parts of a cereal, barley.
