Già si stima che con il cambio di stagione (complice il cambio dell'ora), l'insonnia faccia capolino un po' ovunque. A maggior ragione se già tendi a dormire poco o se soffri di forme ansiose. Oppure se vivi un periodo particolarmente stressante...
Recenti studi hanno poi stabilito e confermato che se hai un gatto...puoi dormire anche peggio! Ma non tutto (il sonno) è perduto! I gatti, infatti, indipendentemente dalla razza sono tendenzialmente più attivi di notte. Alcuni poi di notte sono davvero scatenati. Il risultato? Notti in bianco per la famiglia umana.
Si può fare qualcosa però. Siccome in orario serale-notturno si risveglia l'istinto predatorio di micio (irrinunciabile), gioca con lui prima di andare a dormire. E giocaci molto, magari aiutandoti con palline o appositi toys per micio. Per esempio, hai provato a farlo giocare con il nostro micino di Catlabs? Contiene anche erba gatta, molto gradita ai felini. Una volta sfogati bene gli istinti predatori serali, è molto probabile che micio trovi un po' di pace notturna e Morfeo torni a trovarti.
